To my Distinguished Gentlemen,
On behalf of the National Council of Phi Sigma Chi Multicultural Fraternity Inc. I welcome and salute you all with a CRIMSON! I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincerest appreciation for your support during the 2011 National elections. Our Council is deeply grateful for your support thus far and we hope to maintain the same positivity throughout these next two years. For the past 15 years this organization has grown above and beyond anyone’s expectation and we hope to keep surprising the world with the growth of this Phi Nation in our 15th.
December 21st 2008 was my day of evolution along with seven others, through the phoenix we were transformed from boys to distinguished men! Back then I never would have thought that in two and a half years I would be standing in front of you all as the leader of this great organization but my founders and peers saw qualities in me that I myself was unable to see. Now I am a living testament that through faith, love, and perseverance anything is possible with Phi Sigma Chi.
It took our founders 100 days to build the foundation of this fraternity. It’s been 175 days since I’ve been elected as President I think I have some catching up to do but even in these 175 days I feel the growth of this brotherhood our bond has grown stronger even though we have stumbled along the way fell in pits of thorns walked through the dark with no way out we always rise against all odds. Now that is true faith.
There is a passage in the bible in Ephesians that speaks of putting on the armor of God as we live our daily lives “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places”. so likewise I tell you today everyday you wake up be defined by your brotherhood! Fill your hearts with loyalty! Have respect for all mankind! Shine with wisdom! Stand strong in Unity! And walk with Pride for we are the brothers of Phi Sigma Chi. Thank you!
