Phi Sigma Chi strongly believes in the importance of multicultural awareness. We applaud fraternities and sororities which were founded with the intent to strenghthen racial and religious groups. While it is important to concentrate on the upliftment of your people, we believe that it is equally important to concentrate on the union of one people. Phi Sigma Chi Multicultural Fraternity is comprised of members from various backgrounds and culturals. We are comprised of members who practice different religions and have different ideologies. And, we celebrate these differences. It is this culmination of differences that makes Phi Sigma Chi.

To help educate the public of these differences and the importance of tolerence and celebrating our identities our chapters have held forums on topics of race, racism, prejudices, and the importance of unified individuality.
