National Executive Council
President
Vice-President
During my time on national board for the last term, I have been able to learn a lot of the ins and outs of being a board member for the fraternity, I have a lot of good ideas, plans, and intentions that I would love to be able to incorporate first hand.
Additionally, as I have held the position for PA regional director this last term I have been able to be a role model for both Lehigh and Lafayette brothers. I have been able to advise and guide them through academic, personal and fraternal needs. I have a deep appreciation for helping the new generation and would love to continue that opportunity.
Thank you for your consideration,
Salomon Zapata
Fall 21’ Mu Chapter Beta Line
Regional Director of PA
Founding Dean of Nu Chapter
Treasurer
Looking back at my undergrad years, I’m grateful for everything I got to experience with the Mu Chapter. I held roles such as Vice President, Treasurer, Social Media Chair, and Assistant Dean, and had the chance to cross 6 lines (4 from Mu and 2 from Nu). Since crossing in Spring ’22, I’ve done my best to help grow and support the chapter however I could.
Post grad, I’ll be starting as a Tech Analyst at Accenture and living in the DC metro area. Even though I’ve graduated, I’m looking forward to staying involved and continuing to give back my time on a national level. One of the things I’m most proud of is helping grow our chapter’s social media to over 1,000 followers and reaching over 120,000 views a month.
I appreciate the opportunity and can’t wait to keep pushing the org forward in this new role.
Fraternally,
Carson “Angel” Rodriguez
Ryan “Oro” Rodriguez
Brother of Conduct
Dear Brothers of Phi Sigma Chi,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am honored to have been nominated by my fellow brothers to serve on our National Council for the 2025–2027 term. I humbly accept the nomination and submit this letter of intent to run for the following positions:
- Minister of Information
- Brother of Conduct
- Community Outreach Chair
- Expansion Director
As a proud brother of the Phi Alpha Chapter, I have worked to uphold our fraternity’s founding principles of leadership, service, and brotherhood in all that I do. These values guide not only my fraternal involvement, but also my academic and professional pursuits.
I am currently pursuing a degree in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), a discipline that blends technology, data analysis, and spatial thinking to solve real-world problems. The skills I’ve gained—such as communication, strategic planning, and community mapping—are directly applicable to the work of each of these National Council roles.
Highlights of My Experience:
Fraternal:
- Active contributor to chapter activities, events, and service initiatives through Phi Alpha.
- Committed to supporting brotherhood growth, accountability, and meaningful engagement at the chapter and national levels.
Academic & Professional:
- Developing expertise in GIS, which enhances my ability to interpret data, organize information, and support strategic outreach.
- Experienced in collaborative environments, problem-solving, and leading with a service-first mindset.
Personal:
- Passionate about mentorship and empowerment, especially within underrepresented communities.
- Dedicated to the continued evolution and impact of Phi Sigma Chi on all levels—local, national, and beyond.
Each position I’ve been nominated for offers an opportunity to strengthen our organization in a unique way. Whether tasked with expanding our reach, upholding our standards, engaging communities, or enhancing communication, I will bring my full commitment, creativity, and respect for our brotherhood to the role.
Thank you for your consideration and your continued trust. I look forward to building with you all at Phi Con and beyond.
In Brotherhood,

Expansion Director
I accept the nomination. I am unable to submit a formal letter of intent since I am out the country for the next 2 weeks. All I can say is I’ve helped charter 1 chapter as an undergrad (Lambda) and 2 as an alumni (Mu/Nu) and currently working on the latest expansion project (EKU).
