Delta Sigma Chi (DSC) is the sister sorority of Phi Sigma Chi Fraternity. Together, we form the Silver and Gold Circle. Founded on November 27, 1996, Delta Sigma Chi has flourished, its members wholeheartedly dedicated to the sorority’s continued growth and success. These women are committed to personal development, strengthening their sisterhood, and serving their communities.

Phi Sigma Chi Multicultural Fraternity is a member of the National Multicultural Greek Council (NMGC). Established in 1998, the NMGC serves as an advisory body to its member organizations, which are autonomous but share the common goal of promoting multicultural awareness, supporting community service, and celebrating cultural diversity.

NMGC defines multiculturalism as not only diversity of membership, but a concrete commitment to acknowledge and celebrate all cultures equally through programming, public service outreach efforts and community education.
